For purposes of this Privacy Policy (“Policy” or “Privacy Policy”), the terms “we,” “us,” “our” and “RareMD” refer to RareMD Inc., and “you” and “your” refers to you, as a user of the Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein are defined in our Terms of Service.

In order to use the Service you will need to register with us and provide us information about yourself. RareMD is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the information you submit to us is used only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected or submitted on the Service.

- Children.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 years of age or have any reasonable grounds for believing that children under the age of 18 are accessing the RareMD Service or using our Services. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. - Visiting the RareMD Service from Outside the United States.
Our headquarters are located in the United States (“U.S.”). If you choose to use the RareMD Services or engage with our Services from the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the United Kingdom (“UK”), or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and processing. We may transfer your personal information from the EEA or the UK to the U.S. and other countries in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Also, we may transfer your personal information from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating the RareMD Service. We are committed to protecting the data of the RareMD community. Even though we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no security measures can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your data.

RESIDENTS AND CITIZENS OF ANY COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO USE THE SERVICE. By using the RareMD Service you understand that your information is stored and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated and will be subject to the laws of the United States.
