Below is a brief overview of how to use RareMDx and what to expect.

Click on Account at the far right of the menu bar on the home page. Follow the instructions to create an account.
Once your account is created, log in and click on Account again.
The next page is titled Welcome to RareMDx. You’ll see a dark blue box with white text that says Go to RareMDx Tool, click on it.
A new page will open with a picture of a blue whale on the right and, on the left, a dark blue box with white text that says Access RareMDx ▶️. Click on it.
The authentication process will begin to confirm your identity. Once confirmed, you’ll be taken to the main RareMDx interface.
In the top left corner, just below the blue whale logo, you’ll find a search box with a magnifying glass icon labeled Search for signs/symptoms in RareMDx.

Redeem Code in ‘Letter To Treating Physician’.

For medical professionals who received a so called ‘Letter To Treating Physician’ from his/her patient here is how to redeem that Code to obtain free access to RareMDx for a period of six (6) months?

a) Open RareMDx™ on the home page.

b) Scroll down to the bottom of the RareMDx page.

c) Click on ‘Sign Up Here To Redeem your Code’.

d) Terms of Use

e) When you are in agreement with the Terms of Use please click ‘I Agree’.

f) Enter code provided in the letter, share personal information and click ‘Apply Code’.

g) Click on Place order.

h) Provide credit card information. Please note that CC information will only be used for automatic renewal at the time of expiration i.e., 6 months from date you signed up for this free trial period. If you prefer not to use RareMDx beyond this free trial period, please cancel prior to expiration. When completed click ‘Sign up now’.

Clicking on ‘Return to Search’ enables you to revisit the list of predicted diseases and explore other options or start a new search without logging out. Avoid clicking the browser’s back arrow ⬅️ as it may sign you out unintentionally.
